|Business and Life Coaching|
revYve life coaching allows you to explore and improve your current circumstances, with the aim of achieving results and restoring balance to your life. It enables you to determine what your personal goals really are and how you can achieve them.
It gives you the opportunity to talk to someone in a safe and confidential manner about your life without being judged. It offers an objective point of view without the potential bias of friends, family or work colleagues.
revYve life coaching looks forward to the future and how you can change the outcome. It is not therapy or counselling, which look to the past for answers.
What is revYve business coaching?
revYve business coaching employs the same techniques as life coaching but focuses on supporting the employee, either as an individual, a team player or as part of an organization. Aiming to achieve harmony between work and life’s other priorities, revYve business coaching works for the benefit of the individual and the company.
Who is revYve coaching for?
Coaching is for anyone who needs an objective sounding board to help them explore current personal issues. It is particularly useful for those who feel they have lost their way or for those who just want to change their current status quo. This is often at transition points in people’s lives, for example, a geographical move, career change, parenthood, relationship break up or retirement. It might be a feeling of general unease or uncertainty, or you may be very clear about what the issues are and unsure how to deal with them.
Why would I need revYve coaching?
You may be feeling directionless, dissatisfied, fed up, angry or bored. revYve coaching could help you unpack these feelings to explore what is causing them and decide what if anything you need to change in your life.
We rely on feedback from our clients for this. Here is what they have told us:
‘It helped me look at my life and re-assess it. Look at what I want to change and how to change it for the better.’
‘Although it was all common sense and very logical, sometimes you get stuck in a rut and can’t see a way out.’
‘Life coaching helps you to realise that you can change your life, and that things don’t need to be difficult at all. Life is what you make it after all.’
How does revYve coaching work?
revYve provide face-to-face contact on a regular basis with clients at an interval and venue which is mutually agreed. The length of contract, session and interval between sessions are tailor-made to the client’s requirements. We recommend a minimum of six sessions for revYve life coaching to have any valuable impact . Our experience tells us that face to face meetings are preferable and we generally insist on this for the first coaching session in order to facilitate the working relationship. However, we realise that with the busy lives people lead, this is not always possible, so we can carry out subsequent sessions over the telephone if preferred.
