WHAT I DO

about me

Hello, my name is Lyn Snodgrass and revYve is my brainchild which I established in 2006.

I have a wealth of experience working with people to help them develop and change their lives. I began my career in the private sector of the insurance industry. I then changed direction, transferring to the voluntary sector and entered the housing arena with its variety of associated issues. The next change was to the public sector, operating in and across the gambit of the criminal justice system. I have worked with special needs children, domestic abuse - both victims and perpetrators - mental health issues and many other associated matters.

The one thread running through my entire career has been the importance of establishing and maintaining relationships – with clients, colleagues and contractors - about which I remain passionate. Vital to this are the core attributes of reliability, flexibility, understanding and a good sense of humour that doesn’t take oneself too seriously!

Along the way I have acquired a CQWS, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an NVQ in training and leading groups, a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy and a Certificate in Couples Counselling. I am a member of the BPS (British Psychological Society), the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and the AC (Association for Coaching).
